Many of our most popular sizes, materials and colors are available online where you can create, price and order labels using our Custom Label Designer tool. You can also contact us via phone or fax and speak to a customer service representative to help you with pricing and ordering custom labels. Minimum order varies with label type. Most have a 3 roll minimum order.

Custom Order Returns/Cancellations
If custom products are defective or not printed as ordered, we will reprint or refund your money, whichever you prefer. United Ad Label assumes no responsibility for custom label orders on which the customer has made an error in quantity or label specifications.
DISCLAIMER: Customer assumes sole responsibility for accuracy and use of artwork and indemnifies UAL/RRD in the event of any claims for copyright infringement. By signing/approving any artwork, customer certifies that they are legally authorized to use such logos, trade names, or trademarks. Due to manufacturing fluctuations on custom labels, we reserve the right to ship +/- 10% of the quantity ordered. Invoices will be adjusted to reflect the actual quantity shipped. Upon cancellation of a custom order, once a purchase order has been issued, the customer will be responsible for all production charges accrued through the date of notification of cancellation.
